Academy Hostels respects privacy and does not sell or divulge any information about its customers. We do not collect or keep any credit card information on our web site. All credit card payments are made through third party - PayPal and secured through Secure Sockets Layer /SSL/. Your credit card data will stay strictly confidential. We are a verified Paypal member.
PayPal is an account-based system that lets anyone with an email address securely to send and receive online payments using their credit card or bank account. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. Methods of payment In order to secure your tentative booking we do require a reservation deposit to be paid via Wire transfer or by credit card online on our web site through PayPal. The client can proceed with the reservation payment through Paypal. Accepting the terms and conditions and clicking on the "Continue" button to proceed to payment with PayPal constitutes an irrevocable commitment of the client to accept the reservation and it cannot be disputed except by abiding to the terms of cancellation. Once your reservation payment is received in full at Academy Hostel’s account. Your reservation is guaranteed and your hostel voucher will be issued and sent to you via email. The same conditions apply for Wire transfers. Sending your payment to International Hostels slr. via wire transfer automatically constitutes that you agree to our terms of service, reservation and cancellation policy.
Modification of an existing reservation are subject to hotel's availability. Modifications are notified directly to the hostel through emails. Academy Hostel and the hostelier will do their best to accommodate your modification request but only if it enters the 72 - 48 hours before your check in date. If any cancellations are done to the initial booking upon checking in the hostel, the fine will be the price of a night’s accommodation. Refunds are made based on the refund policies of Academy Hostel. Each reservation paid and confirmed by voucher the total amount that shall be returned to you shall be your full payment less: the 10% reservation fee.
Hostel reservation cancellations are subject to Academy Hostels cancellation policy. Cancellations are to be notified directly to the hotel 72 hours prior to arrival date. Cancellation requests are accepted at through emails only, if you only have access to a phone we will take note of the cancellation but will only confirm the cancellation with the followed written email.
